Your local APC Overnight depot will set you up with a service account to run your day-to-day delivery needs. Please contact them direct about this – find your local depot via the form on the left, or by calling 0800 373737 from a landline.

To register for multiple parcel tracking online, and to access downloads for our Customer Connect system which you’ll use to run your account, please click here. You'll need your depot number (3 figure code) and your account number – please contact your depot for both these pieces of information. Once registered, you’ll receive a username and password so that you can log in at any time, and you'll also be able to keep your account details up to date.

You can track a single parcel without logging in by simply entering the delivery postcode and consignment number in the ‘Track Online’ form on the left.
