IT Department Administrator - Cannock

We are currently looking to recruit an IT Department Administrator to provide administrative support to the IT Director and the IT Department. Duties will include: maintaining the IT asset register, contract records and invoice records; assisting in creating and maintaining standard operative procedures for the IT Department; scheduling and preparation for meetings; maintaining holiday, attendance and absence records. Some personal assistance to the IT Director will be required

The successful candidate will have previous experience of: managing inventory of IT assets, communicating with Vendors, enforcing office procedures and working with MS Suite.

Transport Supervisor (Night operation) - Cannock

We are currently looking to recruit a Transport Supervisor to join the existing night operation team.

The successful applicant will have the ability to manage and motivate a team, a keen awareness of health and safety, and excellent time management, problem solving skills. Previous parcel industry experience is advantageous.

Hours of work 40 per week Monday to Friday Nights – flexibility is essential due to the nature of the business.

Credit Controller / Risk Analyst - Cannock

We are currently looking to recruit Credit Controller/Risk Analyst to run the daily credit control process and procedures.

Main duties will include, the collection of outstanding debts, keeping customer notes maintained, controlling and eliminating aged debts, producing monthly statement, and contra balance reporting, agreeing contra balances within the network, control of dunning process, allocating receipts into Sage 50, scheduling and recording Direct Debit payments, dealing with customer queries, using Experian credit check for new account credit applications, establish credit limits, interpreting depots financial accounts, analysing depots payment performance, review exposure figures following up with relevant action, ensure all records are kept up to date, and analysed.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years credit control experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills.

IT Systems/Data Integration Architect - Cannock

We are looking to recruit a Systems/Data Integration Architect. Working closely with the appropriate business areas this role will: ensure that the IT systems and data architecture supports the ongoing changing operational needs of the business, support the integration of legacy and new systems, and take a lead architectural role in large scale business systems integration projects. Specific duties will include: production of quality integration frameworks conforming to APC standards and the maintenance of APC’s data model and data governors, including data availability, confidentiality, security and integrity. You will also assist in the production of plans for project delivery including leading small projects when required.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of IT systems and data architecture in a complex business environment, data/systems management frameworks, excellent communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. Technical knowledge required include: experience of .NET framework 2.0/3.5, commercial .NET experience preferably in a Windows development environment.

A degree level qualification is essential.

Due to the nature of our business some flexibility will be required with regards to working hours as major user activity takes place overnight.

Junior Business Analyst - Cannock

We are currently looking to recruit Junior Business Analyst to provide analyst support to the Finance Director and the Logistics Programme Manager, to produce operational performance reports on certain aspects of the company.

Main duties will include assisting in analysing information from a logistics and finance perspective to the business requirements, reviewing performance and delivering informed decision-making and inputs to the planning process, analysing performance against KPI’s, providing support to driver performance and development within the business, monitoring operational performance and providing effective business analysis to the management team.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate large volumes of data, excellent Microsoft package knowledge, strong communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to work in a fast working environment, working to tight deadlines, report writing skills, and problem solving skills.

Network Service Co-ordinator - Cannock

Due to our growth, we are currently looking to recruit an additional Network Service Co-ordinator to join the team.

Duties within the role will include liaising with depots and external customers, data inputting, compilation and distribution of miss-sort spreadsheets, preparing memos to our network and action daily discrepancy reports.

You will have professional telephone manner, good problem solving skills, along with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

Hours of work will be 37.5 per week (11.00 – 19.00)
